This course is designed as an introduction to Forensic Science. It will provide an overview to the forensic analysis of a crime scene, types of physical evidence, fiber and hair analysis, fingerprinting, blood analysis, bone identification, odontology, entomology, and handwriting analysis. It will also integrate the scientific processes used in model criminal investigations, including reading, reasoning, writing, and laboratory skills.
